Cabo Polonia where the adventure begins. To reach the
Cabo we must choose between horseback riding or 4x4
fully equipped to provide maximum security, since regular
cars are not allowed to drive into Cabo Polonio. This
dreamful Cape and its dune landscape are the main attraction
of this trip, which will bring you into a magnificent
world, the land of ship wrecks and sea wolves. Its Lighthouse
was declared National Historical Monument, and it's
another peculiar attraction. We will also have time
for lunch which is included, in a typical Beach Resort
enjoying the beautiful sea view and the menu consisting
of seafood and home made pastas.

We
will travel through a panoramic highway surrounded by
mountain rage. When we reach the cattleranch, the locals
dressed up in their traditional outwear will welcomes
us with delicious empanadas and a great home-made wine.
After a stroll to be familiarized with the place, we'll
have a traditional lunch while enjoying a folk musical
show of Contrapunto (two singers alternate themselves
improvising lyrics about a specific topic). During the
afternoon we'll have the chance to watch and participate
in cattleranch activities; also there will be horses
available for us if we chose to horseback ride, in this
outrageous natural environment with spectacular and
unforgettable landscapes.
Late afternoon, we'll enjoy a snack which consist of
coffee, tea or hot chocolate, all homemade, fresh baked
bread, biscuits, scones, homemade marmalades and the
famous Uruguayan Dulce de Leche ( caramel fudge spread).
